Ingredients

  • 300 g beef ribs
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 2 pieces pepper
  • 1 tsp spices

Method

  1. Cut the beef ribs into skewer-sized portions, coat them thoroughly with spices, and allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes during prep time.
  2. Slice the onion into thick rings and halve the tomatoes and peppers, preparing them for grilling alongside the meat.
  3. Thread the marinated beef ribs, onion rings, tomato halves, and pepper pieces alternately onto metal skewers.
  4. Grill the kebabs over high direct heat for approximately 15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes to achieve an even char and ensure the beef ribs are cooked through.
  5. Rest the skewers for 2 minutes off the heat before serving to allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
