- 1 small onion
- 2 medium tomato
- 2 pieces pepper
- 1 tsp spices
Method
- Cut the beef ribs into skewer-sized portions, coat them thoroughly with spices, and allow them to marinate for at least 15 minutes during prep time.
- Slice the onion into thick rings and halve the tomatoes and peppers, preparing them for grilling alongside the meat.
- Thread the marinated beef ribs, onion rings, tomato halves, and pepper pieces alternately onto metal skewers.
- Grill the kebabs over high direct heat for approximately 15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes to achieve an even char and ensure the beef ribs are cooked through.
- Rest the skewers for 2 minutes off the heat before serving to allow the juices to redistribute throughout the meat.
