- 300 g cauliflower
- 100 ml cream-cheese sauce
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Cut the cauliflower into even florets and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the cream-cheese sauce evenly over the cauliflower florets, ensuring full coverage.
- Sprinkle the nutmeg over the top and dot the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter across the surface.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and the top is golden and bubbling.
- Remove from the oven and allow the gratin to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
