  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 100 ml cream-cheese sauce
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of butter.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into even florets and arrange them in a single layer in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Pour the cream-cheese sauce evenly over the cauliflower florets, ensuring full coverage.
  4. Sprinkle the nutmeg over the top and dot the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter across the surface.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and the top is golden and bubbling.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow the gratin to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
