- 80 g mozzarella filling

Method
- In a large bowl, combine 300 g of ground meat and mix thoroughly until the mixture is uniform and holds together well.
- Divide the ground meat into equal portions, flatten each portion in your palm, place a piece of mozzarella filling in the center, and seal the meat around the cheese to form tight, round meatballs.
- Heat a wide, heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat and sear the meatballs on all sides for approximately 5 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms.
- Pour the tomato sauce over and around the seared meatballs in the pan, ensuring they are well coated.
- Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid, and simmer the meatballs in the tomato sauce for 40 minutes until they are fully cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
- Serve the cheesy meatballs hot, spooning the rich tomato sauce generously over each portion.
