Ingredients
- 30 g almond flour
- 80 g cream cheese
- 4 pieces eggs
- 60 g mozzarella
- 30 g nigella seeds
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Add the cream cheese, almond flour, and eggs to the melted mozzarella and mix thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, shape each into a small roll, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and generously sprinkle nigella seeds over each roll.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 43 minutes, or until the rolls are deep golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Allow the rolls to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
