Ingredients

  • 30 g almond flour
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 60 g mozzarella
  • 30 g nigella seeds
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Add the cream cheese, almond flour, and eggs to the melted mozzarella and mix thoroughly until a uniform dough forms.
  4. Divide the dough into equal portions, shape each into a small roll, and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter and generously sprinkle nigella seeds over each roll.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 43 minutes, or until the rolls are deep golden brown and firm to the touch.
  7. Allow the rolls to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
