Ingredients
- 30 g almond flour
- 50 g olives
- 80 g cream cheese
- 4 pieces eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter, blending them together until smooth and fully incorporated.
- Beat the eggs into the cream cheese and butter mixture one at a time, stirring well after each addition to create a uniform batter.
- Fold in the almond flour until the batter is thick and consistent, then gently stir in the olives, distributing them evenly throughout.
- Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking tray, shaping it into small rounds to form the biscuits.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden on top and firm to the touch.
- Remove from the oven and allow the biscuits to cool on the tray for at least 5 minutes before serving.
