Ingredients

  • 30 g almond flour
  • 50 g olives
  • 80 g cream cheese
  • 4 pieces eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter, blending them together until smooth and fully incorporated.
  3. Beat the eggs into the cream cheese and butter mixture one at a time, stirring well after each addition to create a uniform batter.
  4. Fold in the almond flour until the batter is thick and consistent, then gently stir in the olives, distributing them evenly throughout.
  5. Spoon the batter onto the prepared baking tray, shaping it into small rounds to form the biscuits.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 22 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden on top and firm to the touch.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow the biscuits to cool on the tray for at least 5 minutes before serving.
