Ingredients
- 30 g almond flour
- 4 pieces eggs
- 60 g mozzarella
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g nigella seeds
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then lightly brush it with olive oil.
- Melt the mozzarella in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the melted mozzarella, almond flour, and eggs, then mix thoroughly with the remaining olive oil until a uniform dough forms.
- Fold in the nigella seeds, distributing them evenly throughout the dough.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal portions, shape each into a small round biscuit, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds generously over the top of each biscuit before placing them in the oven.
- Bake for 28 to 31 minutes until the biscuits are golden brown and firm to the touch, then allow them to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
