- 300 g cauliflower couscous
- 2 medium tomato paste
- 2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 small scallions
Method
- Combine the cauliflower couscous with the tomato paste in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the pomegranate molasses to the bowl and stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Chop the parsley finely and dice the scallions, then fold them into the salad.
