Ingredients

  • 300 g cauliflower
  • 300 g ground meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 2 medium tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 pieces red pepper flakes

Method

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the onion and sauté for about 5 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the ground meat to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in the tomato paste and red pepper flakes, mixing well to coat the meat, and cook for another 3 minutes to develop the flavors.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet, stir everything together, and reduce the heat to medium-low.
  5. Cover the skillet and let the dish simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower is tender and has absorbed the flavors of the meat and spices.
