Ingredients

  • 150 g sautéed ground meat
  • 4 pieces hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 (juiced) lemon

Method

  1. Prepare the hard-boiled eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, and cooking for 9 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling and slicing.
  2. While the eggs cook, sauté the ground meat in a pan over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes until fully browned and cooked through, then set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange it as a base on a large serving platter.
  4. Dice the tomatoes and scatter them evenly over the lettuce along with the sautéed ground meat.
  5. Arrange the sliced hard-boiled eggs over the salad, then squeeze the juice of the lemon evenly across the entire dish.
  6. Finish by scattering the chopped parsley over the top and serve the salad immediately at room temperature.
