Ingredients
- 150 g sautéed ground meat
- 4 pieces hard-boiled eggs
- 1 cup lettuce
- 2 medium tomato
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 (juiced) lemon
Method
- Prepare the hard-boiled eggs by placing them in a pot of cold water, bringing to a boil, and cooking for 9 minutes, then transfer to an ice bath for 5 minutes before peeling and slicing.
- While the eggs cook, sauté the ground meat in a pan over medium-high heat for about 8 minutes until fully browned and cooked through, then set aside to cool slightly.
- Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces and arrange it as a base on a large serving platter.
- Dice the tomatoes and scatter them evenly over the lettuce along with the sautéed ground meat.
- Arrange the sliced hard-boiled eggs over the salad, then squeeze the juice of the lemon evenly across the entire dish.
- Finish by scattering the chopped parsley over the top and serve the salad immediately at room temperature.
