Ingredients
- 300 g ground meat
- 2 medium tomato
- 2 pieces pepper
- 1 tbsp parsley
- 1 cup lettuce wraps
Method
- Dice the 2 medium tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
- Chop the 2 peppers into fine pieces, removing seeds if preferred.
- Brown the 300 g of ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Stir the diced tomatoes and chopped peppers into the cooked ground meat and cook together for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables release their juices.
- Remove from heat and garnish the mixture with the 1 tbsp of fresh parsley.
- Arrange the 1 cup of lettuce wraps on a serving platter and spoon the meat and vegetable mixture generously into each wrap.
