Ingredients

  • 300 g ground meat
  • 2 medium tomato
  • 2 pieces pepper
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • 1 cup lettuce wraps

Method

  1. Dice the 2 medium tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
  2. Chop the 2 peppers into fine pieces, removing seeds if preferred.
  3. Brown the 300 g of ground meat in a skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Stir the diced tomatoes and chopped peppers into the cooked ground meat and cook together for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables release their juices.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish the mixture with the 1 tbsp of fresh parsley.
  6. Arrange the 1 cup of lettuce wraps on a serving platter and spoon the meat and vegetable mixture generously into each wrap.
