  • 300 g meatballs
  • 60 g yogurt
  • 3 cloves garlic sauce
  • 2 tbsp red pepper butter

Method

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the meatballs for 12 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides and cooked through.
  2. While the meatballs cook, warm the red pepper butter in a small saucepan over low heat for 2 to 3 minutes until melted and fragrant.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt with the garlic sauce and stir until smooth and fully incorporated.
  4. Spread the garlic yogurt mixture evenly across the base of a serving plate.
  5. Arrange the cooked meatballs over the yogurt base.
  6. Drizzle the warm red pepper butter generously over the meatballs and yogurt before serving.
