Ingredients

  • 60 g yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 30 g walnuts

Method

  1. Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden and fragrant, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  2. Roughly chop the toasted walnuts into coarse pieces and set aside.
  3. Spoon the yogurt into a serving bowl and smooth it into an even layer using the back of a spoon.
  4. Drizzle the tahini generously over the surface of the yogurt in a slow, steady stream.
  5. Scatter the chopped walnuts over the top and serve immediately as a snack.
