Ingredients
- 60 g yogurt
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 30 g walnuts
Method
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring frequently, until they are golden and fragrant, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Roughly chop the toasted walnuts into coarse pieces and set aside.
- Spoon the yogurt into a serving bowl and smooth it into an even layer using the back of a spoon.
- Drizzle the tahini generously over the surface of the yogurt in a slow, steady stream.
- Scatter the chopped walnuts over the top and serve immediately as a snack.
