  • 30 g almond flour flatbread
  • 100 g spiced beef sausage
  • 60 g mozzarella
  • 2 pieces pepper
  • 2 medium tomato

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the spiced beef sausage into thin rounds and dice the tomato and pepper into small pieces.
  3. Place the almond flour flatbread on the prepared tray and arrange the spiced beef sausage rounds evenly across the surface.
  4. Scatter the diced tomato and pepper over the sausage, then top evenly with the shredded mozzarella.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 22 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted, golden, and bubbling at the edges.
  6. Remove the flatbread from the oven, allow it to rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
