- 30 g almond flour flatbread
- 100 g spiced beef sausage
- 60 g mozzarella
- 2 pieces pepper
- 2 medium tomato
Method
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Slice the spiced beef sausage into thin rounds and dice the tomato and pepper into small pieces.
- Place the almond flour flatbread on the prepared tray and arrange the spiced beef sausage rounds evenly across the surface.
- Scatter the diced tomato and pepper over the sausage, then top evenly with the shredded mozzarella.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 22 minutes, or until the mozzarella is melted, golden, and bubbling at the edges.
- Remove the flatbread from the oven, allow it to rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve hot.
