  • 50 g goat meat
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Method

  1. In a pot over medium heat, combine the goat bone broth with ginger, cloves, and cinnamon, stirring to bloom the spices into the broth for about 3 minutes.
  2. Add the goat meat to the pot and stir to coat the pieces evenly with the spiced broth.
  3. Bring the soup to a gentle boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a low simmer.
  4. Cover the pot and allow the soup to simmer for approximately 38 minutes until the goat meat is tender and the broth is deeply fragrant.
  5. Taste the broth and adjust the balance of cinnamon and cloves if needed before serving hot.
