Ingredients

  • 300 g meatballs
  • 4 pieces egg-lemon sauce
  • 2 tbsp bone broth

Method

  1. Pour the bone broth into a wide saucepan and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
  2. Add the meatballs to the simmering bone broth and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and infused with the broth.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and pour the egg-lemon sauce over the meatballs, stirring gently to coat them evenly.
  4. Allow the sauce to warm through for 4 minutes without boiling, as boiling will cause the egg-lemon sauce to curdle.
  5. Serve the meatballs immediately, spooning the silky egg-lemon sauce generously over the top.
