Ingredients
- 300 g meatballs
- 4 pieces egg-lemon sauce
- 2 tbsp bone broth
Method
- Pour the bone broth into a wide saucepan and bring it to a gentle simmer over medium heat.
- Add the meatballs to the simmering bone broth and cook for 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and infused with the broth.
- Reduce the heat to low and pour the egg-lemon sauce over the meatballs, stirring gently to coat them evenly.
- Allow the sauce to warm through for 4 minutes without boiling, as boiling will cause the egg-lemon sauce to curdle.
- Serve the meatballs immediately, spooning the silky egg-lemon sauce generously over the top.
