- 1 large Avocado
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated

Method
- Slice the avocado.
- Beat the egg, mix almond flour and Parmesan.
- Dip slices in egg, then coat in flour mixture.
- Arrange on parchment paper, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 min.
