  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 30 g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Slice the avocado.
  2. Beat the egg, mix almond flour and Parmesan.
  3. Dip slices in egg, then coat in flour mixture.
  4. Arrange on parchment paper, bake at 200°C (400°F) for 12-15 min.
  5. Serve when crispy.
