Ingredients
- 1.5 cups (140g) Almond meal (ground almonds with skin)
- 1 Large egg
- 2 tbsp Liquid monk fruit sweetener
- 1.75 oz (50g) Sugar-free dark chocolate (Lily's 70%)
- 1 tbsp Tahini, for marbling (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment.
- Stir almond meal, egg, and liquid sweetener into a thick paste.
- Spread the mixture as thin as possible (about 1/8 inch / 3mm) on the parchment.
- Bake 20 minutes until the edges are golden and the sheet is firm.
- Cool 5 minutes. Melt sugar-free chocolate over a double boiler or in 20-second microwave bursts.
- Drizzle chocolate over the warm tuile. For a marbled effect, drop teaspoons of tahini and swirl with a skewer.
- Let the chocolate set, then break into shards.
