Ingredients
- 100 g tuna
- 1 piece avocado
- 1 piece cucumber
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 300 g cauliflower rice
Method
- Slice the tuna into small, uniform cubes of about 1 cm and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Pour the soy sauce over the tuna and gently toss to coat evenly, allowing it to marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
- Dice the avocado and slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, then set aside.
- Divide the cauliflower rice evenly among four serving bowls as the keto-friendly base.
- Arrange the marinated tuna, diced avocado, and sliced cucumber on top of the cauliflower rice in each bowl.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over each bowl just before serving to finish with a traditional Hawaiian touch.
