Ingredients

  • 100 g tuna
  • 1 piece avocado
  • 1 piece cucumber
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 300 g cauliflower rice

Method

  1. Slice the tuna into small, uniform cubes of about 1 cm and place them in a mixing bowl.
  2. Pour the soy sauce over the tuna and gently toss to coat evenly, allowing it to marinate for 10 minutes while you prepare the remaining ingredients.
  3. Dice the avocado and slice the cucumber into thin rounds or half-moons, then set aside.
  4. Divide the cauliflower rice evenly among four serving bowls as the keto-friendly base.
  5. Arrange the marinated tuna, diced avocado, and sliced cucumber on top of the cauliflower rice in each bowl.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds over each bowl just before serving to finish with a traditional Hawaiian touch.
