  • 8 slices Bacon strips
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line muffin tin cups with bacon strips in a cross pattern.
  3. Crack one egg into each bacon cup.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
  5. Bake 12-15 minutes until eggs are set.
