  • 1 large Avocado
  • 60 g Smoked salmon
  • 2 small Egg(s)
  • 1 stalk(s) Dill
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Halve the avocado, remove pit and slightly widen the cavity.
  2. Place smoked salmon in each half, crack an egg on top.
  3. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 min.
  4. Serve with dill, salt and pepper.
