- 1 large Avocado
- 60 g Smoked salmon
- 2 small Egg(s)
- 1 stalk(s) Dill
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Halve the avocado, remove pit and slightly widen the cavity.
- Place smoked salmon in each half, crack an egg on top.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 12-15 min.
- Serve with dill, salt and pepper.
