Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 4 oz (115g) Pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Five-spice powder
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Cucumber, julienned
- 2 tbsp Radish, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha (sugar-free)
- 1 tbsp Cilantro sprigs
- 5 thin slices Jalapeño, sliced
Method
- Toss cucumber and radish with rice vinegar; let stand 5 minutes for a quick pickle.
- Toss pork with five-spice and soy sauce. Sear in sesame oil over high heat 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Mix mayo with sriracha. Spread on the wrap.
- Layer pork, pickled veg, cilantro, and jalapeño.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
