- 1.5 kg Beef tenderloin (whole)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 clove(s) Garlic
- 3 stalk(s) Rosemary

Method
- Bring meat to room temperature.
- Rub with garlic, olive oil and spices.
- Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 15 min, then at 180°C (350°F) for 35 min.
