  • 1.5 kg Beef tenderloin (whole)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 clove(s) Garlic
  • 3 stalk(s) Rosemary
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Bring meat to room temperature.
  2. Rub with garlic, olive oil and spices.
  3. Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 15 min, then at 180°C (350°F) for 35 min.
  4. Rest for 15 min, then carve.
