Ingredients
- 300 g Broccoli
- 60 g Blue cheese
- 30 g Almonds (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Method
- Roast broccoli florets with olive oil at 200°C (400°F) for 15 min.
- Lightly toast almonds in a dry pan.
- Toss broccoli, cheese and almonds together.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
