Ingredients

  • 300 g Broccoli
  • 60 g Blue cheese
  • 30 g Almonds (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method

  1. Roast broccoli florets with olive oil at 200°C (400°F) for 15 min.
  2. Lightly toast almonds in a dry pan.
  3. Toss broccoli, cheese and almonds together.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice and serve.
