  • 200 g Broccoli (long-stemmed)
  • 80 g Chorizo
  • 2 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Method

  1. Steam or boil broccoli stems for 3 min.
  2. Slice chorizo and crisp up in a pan.
  3. Poach the eggs.
