- 1 lb (450g) Chicken breast
- 1/3 cup Hot sauce (Frank's RedHot)
- 2 tbsp Butter, melted
- 9 large Butter lettuce leaves
- 1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles
- 2 stalks Celery, diced
Method
- Cook chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until done. Shred with two forks.
- Mix hot sauce and melted butter. Toss with shredded chicken.
- Spoon buffalo chicken into lettuce cups.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles and diced celery.
