  • 1 lb (450g) Chicken breast
  • 1/3 cup Hot sauce (Frank's RedHot)
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 9 large Butter lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup Blue cheese crumbles
  • 2 stalks Celery, diced

Method

  1. Cook chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until done. Shred with two forks.
  2. Mix hot sauce and melted butter. Toss with shredded chicken.
  3. Spoon buffalo chicken into lettuce cups.
  4. Top with blue cheese crumbles and diced celery.
  5. Serve immediately.
