- 500 g Ground chicken
- 4 tbsp Buffalo sos
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 60 g Roquefort cheese
- 1/4 cup Yogurt
- for serving Celery stalks
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Mix ground chicken, 2 tbsp buffalo sauce, almond flour and egg to form meatballs.
- Arrange on a baking sheet, bake 18-20 min.
- Toss with remaining buffalo sauce.
- Mix blue cheese and yogurt for the dip. Serve with celery.
