  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 4 tbsp Buffalo sos
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 60 g Roquefort cheese
  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • for serving Celery stalks

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Mix ground chicken, 2 tbsp buffalo sauce, almond flour and egg to form meatballs.
  3. Arrange on a baking sheet, bake 18-20 min.
  4. Toss with remaining buffalo sauce.
  5. Mix blue cheese and yogurt for the dip. Serve with celery.
