Ingredients
- 1 large head Cauliflower florets
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 2 oz (60g) Cream cheese
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
Method
- Steam or boil cauliflower until very tender, 10-12 minutes. Drain very well.
- Melt butter in a pan, sauté garlic 30 seconds.
- Add cauliflower, cream cheese, and heavy cream to a food processor or use an immersion blender.
- Blend until smooth. Stir in garlic butter.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with chives.
