Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Green pepper, diced
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute diced green pepper for 1 minute.
  3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour into the pan.
  4. When eggs begin to set, sprinkle cheddar on one half.
  5. Fold and cook 1 more minute until cheese melts. Serve hot.
