Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Green pepper, diced
- 1 tbsp Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Saute diced green pepper for 1 minute.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour into the pan.
- When eggs begin to set, sprinkle cheddar on one half.
- Fold and cook 1 more minute until cheese melts. Serve hot.
