Ingredients

  • 700 g Ground chicken
  • 3 tbsp Buffalo sos
  • 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1/4 cup Almond flour
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese, cubed
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Mix ground meat, buffalo sauce, egg, almond flour and spices.
  3. Spread half on a baking sheet, place cheddar cubes in the center.
  4. Cover with remaining meat and shape.
  5. Bake 40 min. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and serve.
