- 700 g Ground chicken
- 3 tbsp Buffalo sos
- 1 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 1/4 cup Almond flour
- 100 g Cheddar cheese, cubed
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Mix ground meat, buffalo sauce, egg, almond flour and spices.
- Spread half on a baking sheet, place cheddar cubes in the center.
- Cover with remaining meat and shape.
- Bake 40 min. Drizzle with extra buffalo sauce and serve.
