Ingredients
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp Butter
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Saute mushrooms until golden, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
- Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour into the same pan.
- When eggs start to set, add mushrooms and cheese on one half.
- Fold the omelette and cook 1 more minute until cheese melts.
