Ingredients

  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Shredded cheese
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Saute mushrooms until golden, about 3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs with salt and pepper, pour into the same pan.
  4. When eggs start to set, add mushrooms and cheese on one half.
  5. Fold the omelette and cook 1 more minute until cheese melts.
