Ingredients
- 8 Large jalapeños, halved and seeded
- 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna, drained
- 4 oz (115g) Cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Slice jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes (use gloves).
- Mix tuna, cream cheese, half the cheddar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon tuna mixture into each jalapeño half.
- Top each popper with remaining cheddar.
- Bake 15-18 minutes until cheese is bubbly and jalapeños tender. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
