Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp Heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Erythritol or monk fruit
- 1 pinch Pinch of salt
Method
- Whisk almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, sweetener, and salt in a jar.
- Add chia seeds and stir thoroughly to prevent clumping.
- Wait 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
- Stir before serving. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or unsweetened coconut.
