Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Chia seeds
  • 1 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol or monk fruit
  • 1 pinch Pinch of salt

Method

  1. Whisk almond milk, heavy cream, vanilla, sweetener, and salt in a jar.
  2. Add chia seeds and stir thoroughly to prevent clumping.
  3. Wait 5 minutes, then stir again to break up any clumps.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, ideally overnight.
  5. Stir before serving. Top with fresh berries, nuts, or unsweetened coconut.
