- 200 g Spinach
- 150 g Mushrooms
- 60 g Mozzarella
- 2 clove(s) Garlic
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
Method
- Sear chicken in a pan for 5 min per side.
- Saute garlic, mushrooms and spinach in a separate pan.
