Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Chicken breast, sliced thin
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 Bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small Zucchini, sliced
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
Method
- Heat avocado oil in a wok over high heat.
- Stir-fry chicken 3-4 minutes until golden. Remove.
- Add broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Return chicken. Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Toss 1 minute.
- Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
