Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 cup Broccoli florets
  • 1 Bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 small Zucchini, sliced
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Method

  1. Heat avocado oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Stir-fry chicken 3-4 minutes until golden. Remove.
  3. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and zucchini. Stir-fry 3 minutes.
  4. Return chicken. Add soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil. Toss 1 minute.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
