Ingredients
- 1 cup Chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup Almond butter
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
- 2-3 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp Sugar-free chocolate chips
- pinch Salt
Method
- Mix protein powder, almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, coconut oil, and salt.
- Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until mixture holds together when pressed.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Roll into 12 balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
