Ingredients

  • 1 cup Chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
  • 2-3 tbsp Unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsp Sugar-free chocolate chips
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Mix protein powder, almond butter, cocoa powder, erythritol, coconut oil, and salt.
  2. Add almond milk 1 tbsp at a time until mixture holds together when pressed.
  3. Fold in chocolate chips.
  4. Roll into 12 balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes until firm. Store in the fridge up to 1 week.
