- 1/4 cup (30g) Vanilla whey protein powder
- 2 tsp Freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
- 1/3 cup (80ml) Full-fat canned coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil, melted
- 2 tbsp Powdered monk fruit
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Method
- Combine coconut flour, protein powder, and crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Stir in coconut milk, coconut oil, monk fruit, and vanilla until a uniform dough forms. Let rest 5 minutes.
- Press into a small parchment-lined dish (about 4x4 inches).
