Ingredients

  • 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Almond flour
  • 2 tbsp Green onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Avocado oil for frying
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl, combine tuna, egg, almond flour, green onion, mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until it holds together when pressed. If too wet, add another tbsp almond flour.
  3. Form into 8 small patties (about 2 inches wide).
  4. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Fry patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges and aioli.
