Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz each) Canned tuna, drained
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tbsp Almond flour
- 2 tbsp Green onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil for frying
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- In a bowl, combine tuna, egg, almond flour, green onion, mayo, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until it holds together when pressed. If too wet, add another tbsp almond flour.
- Form into 8 small patties (about 2 inches wide).
- Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry patties 3-4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with lemon wedges and aioli.
