- 3 medium Zucchini, ince dilim
- 4 piece(s) Egg(s)
- 1 cup Mozzarella
- 1/4 cup Parmesan
- 1 small Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- a handful Fresh basil
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
- Salt zucchini and let drain for 10 min.
- Sauté onion in olive oil.
- Whisk eggs, cheeses and spices.
- Add zucchini and onion, pour into a greased tart pan.
- Bake 35 min until golden.
