Ingredients

  • 3 medium Zucchini, ince dilim
  • 4 piece(s) Egg(s)
  • 1 cup Mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • a handful Fresh basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F).
  2. Salt zucchini and let drain for 10 min.
  3. Sauté onion in olive oil.
  4. Whisk eggs, cheeses and spices.
  5. Add zucchini and onion, pour into a greased tart pan.
  6. Bake 35 min until golden.
