Ingredients
- 1 large English cucumber
- 1 can (5 oz) Canned tuna, drained
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)
- 1/2 medium Avocado, sliced
- 1 tsp Sesame seeds
- for dipping Soy sauce or coconut aminos
Method
- Use a vegetable peeler to slice cucumber into long thin ribbons (about 6 ribbons).
- Pat ribbons dry with paper towels.
- Mix tuna, mayo, and sriracha in a bowl.
- Lay 2-3 cucumber ribbons overlapping. Spoon tuna along one end and add a slice of avocado.
- Roll up tightly and secure with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve with soy sauce for dipping.
