Ingredients
- 2 cans (5 oz / 140g each) Canned tuna in water, drained
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise (or full-fat Greek yogurt)
- 1 tsp Curry powder
- 1/4 tsp Ground turmeric
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Toasted sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp Red onion, finely diced
- 1 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 6 large Butter lettuce or romaine leaves
- to taste Salt and black pepper
Method
- Whisk mayo with curry powder, turmeric, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Flake tuna into the bowl. Add red onion and cilantro; mix gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon into lettuce leaves and top with toasted almonds. Serve immediately.
