  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Curry powder
  • 1 tsp Mango chutney (small amount)
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Boil eggs for 10 min, cool and halve.
  2. Remove yolks and mash with mayonnaise, curry and chutney.
  3. Pipe or spoon the mixture into the egg whites.
  4. Sprinkle with a little curry powder and serve.
