Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) Ground pork
  • 4 cups Coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp (optional) Sriracha

Method

  1. Brown ground pork in a large skillet, drain fat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
  3. Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  4. Stir-fry 5 minutes until cabbage is wilted but still has some crunch.
  5. Top with green onions and sriracha. Serve immediately.
