Ingredients
- 1 lb (450g) Ground pork
- 4 cups Coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
- 3 Green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp (optional) Sriracha
Method
- Brown ground pork in a large skillet, drain fat.
- Add garlic and ginger, cook 1 minute.
- Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
- Stir-fry 5 minutes until cabbage is wilted but still has some crunch.
- Top with green onions and sriracha. Serve immediately.
