Ingredients

  • 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
  • 3 oz (85g) Ground pork
  • 1/2 cup Coleslaw mix (cabbage + carrot)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp Scallion, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds

Method

  1. Heat sesame oil over medium-high. Brown pork with garlic and ginger 4-5 minutes.
  2. Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce; stir-fry 3-4 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
  3. Warm the wrap. Spoon filling down the center; top with scallion and sesame seeds.
  4. Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
