Ingredients
- 1 large Keto wrap (low-carb tortilla)
- 3 oz (85g) Ground pork
- 1/2 cup Coleslaw mix (cabbage + carrot)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp Scallion, sliced
- 1/2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
Method
- Heat sesame oil over medium-high. Brown pork with garlic and ginger 4-5 minutes.
- Add coleslaw mix and soy sauce; stir-fry 3-4 minutes until cabbage is tender-crisp.
- Warm the wrap. Spoon filling down the center; top with scallion and sesame seeds.
- Roll up tightly and slice on the bias.
