Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups (170g) Mozzarella, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 cup (112g) Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp Baking powder
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 tsp Everything bagel seasoning

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second bursts until smooth.
  3. Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Knead briefly into a uniform dough.
  4. Divide in two. Roll each piece into a 9-inch rope and pinch the ends together to form a bagel.
  5. Sprinkle generously with everything seasoning.
  6. Bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
