- 1.5 cups (170g) Mozzarella, shredded
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 cup (112g) Almond flour
- 1 tbsp Baking powder
- 1 Large egg
- 2 tsp Everything bagel seasoning
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese in 30-second bursts until smooth.
- Stir in almond flour, baking powder, and egg. Knead briefly into a uniform dough.
- Divide in two. Roll each piece into a 9-inch rope and pinch the ends together to form a bagel.
- Sprinkle generously with everything seasoning.
- Bake 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.
