Ingredients

  • 3 large Eggs
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
  • pinch Salt

Method

  1. Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt.
  2. Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Pour in eggs, swirl to coat. Cook until just set, about 2 minutes.
  4. Dot cream cheese across one half of the omelet.
  5. Fold over, slide onto plate. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and chives.
