Ingredients
- 3 large Eggs
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Everything bagel seasoning
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Chives, chopped
- pinch Salt
Method
- Whisk eggs with a pinch of salt.
- Melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
- Pour in eggs, swirl to coat. Cook until just set, about 2 minutes.
- Dot cream cheese across one half of the omelet.
- Fold over, slide onto plate. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning and chives.
