  • 1 kg Chicken thigh/drumstick
  • 80 ml Soy sauce
  • 60 ml Vinegar
  • 6 clove(s) Garlic
  • 3 piece(s) Bay leaf/leaves
  • 1 tsp Whole peppercorns

Method

  1. Marinate chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and pepper.
  2. Transfer to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. Simmer on low heat for 25-30 min until sauce thickens.
