- 1 kg Chicken thigh/drumstick
- 80 ml Soy sauce
- 60 ml Vinegar
- 6 clove(s) Garlic
- 3 piece(s) Bay leaf/leaves
- 1 tsp Whole peppercorns
Method
- Marinate chicken in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaves and pepper.
- Transfer to a pot and bring to a boil over medium heat.
