  • 1 bunch (300g) Asparagus
  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Snap off and discard the tough ends of the asparagus.
  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
  4. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
