Ingredients
- 1 bunch (300g) Asparagus
- 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Snap off and discard the tough ends of the asparagus.
- Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet, sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until crispy.
