Ingredients

  • 200g Broccoli florets
  • 200g Cauliflower florets
  • 1 piece(s) Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Spread in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle with cheddar and bake for 8-10 more minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
  5. Serve hot.
