Ingredients
- 200g Broccoli florets
- 200g Cauliflower florets
- 1 piece(s) Zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Toss vegetables with olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Spread in a baking dish and bake for 15 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheddar and bake for 8-10 more minutes until cheese is melted and golden.
- Serve hot.
