Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 50 g Dark chocolate (85%+)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

  1. Mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, erythritol and vanilla.
  2. Add almond flour and mix until dough-like.
  3. Press into a parchment-lined pan and flatten.
  4. Spread melted dark chocolate on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours, slice and serve.
