Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut butter (unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 tbsp Erythritol
- 1/2 cup Almond flour
- 50 g Dark chocolate (85%+)
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 pinch Salt
Method
- Mix peanut butter, melted coconut oil, erythritol and vanilla.
- Add almond flour and mix until dough-like.
- Press into a parchment-lined pan and flatten.
- Spread melted dark chocolate on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours, slice and serve.
