Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs (680g) Chicken breast, cubed
- 3 tbsp Butter
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- to taste Salt and pepper
Method
- Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over high heat until sizzling.
- Add chicken in a single layer and sear 2-3 minutes without moving.
- Flip and cook another 2 minutes until golden.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter, garlic, and red pepper flakes. Cook 1 minute until fragrant.
- Toss to coat, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
